Responsibilities

Budgeteer
Main purpose:
LATAM Global Bussiness Service A&M Budgeteer will play a key role in A&M planning, reporting and controls. This role is responsible for the overall administration of the A&M budget and governance, leading the A&M tracking/spend across the Marketing budgets, while executing and monitoring the KPI’s in the P2P process. As the main A&M business partner for the Marketing and Finance teams, this role will engage with cross-functional stakeholders regularly through governance meetings, delivering refresher trainings, etc. The incumbent is expected to deliver accurate information, share insights from data, and influence decision making. An expectation of this role is to find process improvements and enhancements to drive future efficiencies.
This position interacts with managers and directors on the Marketing and Finance teams, as well as procurement, and accounts payable. Further, this role will work with representatives of external (3rd party) suppliers, while managing a total A&M budget of $58MM.
Success in this role requires the ability to work in a matrixed reporting environment and to partner across Functions. Relationship building with multiple stakeholders and teams will be essential. Results-driven behaviour, solid organizational skills, intellectual curiosity, analytical thinking, technical strength, and the ability work both independently as well as valued partner on the Marketing and Finance teams will also be required.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and excellent service to clients according to SLA’s.
  • Deliver A&M reports, update and improve visibility including W/NW A&M
  • Ensure A&M reports are provided regularly to key stakeholders, with accuracy. Provide insights and action all follow ups as needed to drive A&M budget management
  • Complete daily processing of purchase orders, order changes and providing necessary information to stakeholders. This includes the duties of preparing and processing purchase orders, keeping records of purchases, keeping vendor information up to date, providing training on related applications and policies.
  • Process and setup all new vendors and update vendor contact and contract information.
  • Ensure effective communication between Buyers, vendors, and internal departments regarding order changes.
  • Work with departments to obtain proper approval, research any discrepancies, etc.
  • Process and tracking contracts A&M

Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Language: Spanish / English fluent, Portuguese preferred
  • Education: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration
  • 2-3 years of budgeting experience
  • Computer literate – Advanced Excel, Power Point, SAP
  • Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to handle transactional (repetitive) work
