We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various channels of communication. You will also be responsible for resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Providing friendly and professional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assisting customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints and escalating issues as necessary.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with other team members to resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Identifying and communicating customer needs and feedback to relevant teams.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
