Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of two years of practical experience as an Engineer in the aluminum industry.
- Proficiency in 2D/3D design software and AutoCAD, specifically for aluminum-related projects.
- Strong ability to read maps, interpret technical drawings, and analyze data relevant to aluminum production.
- Solid understanding of aluminum manufacturing processes, including extrusion, fabrication, and finishing.
- Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations related to aluminum production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work seamlessly within cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Apply engineering principles and practices to design and improve aluminum manufacturing processes.
- Utilize 2D/3D design software and AutoCAD to create detailed engineering drawings for aluminum products and components.
- Analyze data related to aluminum production, including material specifications, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all engineering activities.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical guidance on aluminum manufacturing processes and solutions.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations as required.
