We’re looking for a hardworking, curious, and globally-minded Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our go-to-market team. You'll creatively collaborate with colleagues to build pipeline to help Topsort expand market share in the ad tech space. You'll primarily be interacting with the CEOs and Business Owners of retailers and marketplaces, but occasionally a unique prospect will come through and we'd like you to be flexible and resourceful enough to talk to them too.
What excites you
- Partnering with go-to-market colleagues to strategically plan and run pipeline-generating and deal-accelerating campaigns
- Prospecting and qualifying potential customers, building trust and rapport that result in qualified opportunities
- Building our sales motion, which is completely untapped and ripe for your prospecting
- Meeting and exceeding monthly goals both on your own and as part of a team
- Being an active participant in the development of our remote team
What excites us
- A top performer with 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or recruiting (bonus points for B2B tech or previous BDR experience)
- Motivation to improve our “speed-to-lead” and quickly engage prospects
- Someone who brings a lot of energy, enthusiasm, and ambition to work
- Comfort with data hygiene (bonus points for previous experience with Hubspot or Salesforce)
