Job Description: Marketing Manager - Digital Lead Generation
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager with expertise in digital online lead generation and marketing strategies to join our team. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads and drive customer acquisition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing campaigns, including defining target audiences, messaging, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Implement lead generation strategies across various digital channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and drive continuous improvement.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the industry.
Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance using data and analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and impactful content that aligns with the brand and drives lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a focus on digital online lead generation and marketing.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
Demonstrated success in driving lead generation and customer acquisition through digital marketing efforts.
Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to track and analyze campaign performance.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and effectively communicate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team, fostering collaboration and achieving shared goals.
Proactive and self-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
