About the department
You will join the Finance & Training team, which is anchored in IFP HI (Hillerød), Business Support. Within this area, you will join the training team which consists of eight skilled training supporters with different areas of responsibility. The team ensures that our employees are trained in performing the processes correctly and independently and helps develop training material in close collaboration with colleagues across the organisation. You will become a member of a highly dedicated and engaged team developing effective and standardised best practice training to ensure a high level of competences for our employees so we can meet our business goals.
The position
As a Training Project Manager, your main responsibility will be to supportthe line of business in ensuring effective, efficient, and compliant training and competence development set-ups tailored to the individual needs of the business area. Specifically, you will be a main driver in our implementation of Training for Competence (TfC) across all our Lines of Business scheduled for completion by the end of 2024. You will do this by acting as portfolio manager for our local TfC projects, and by serving as a Project Manager for line of business, in driving specific TfC projects in close collaboration with colleagues on site.
As a Project Manager, you will:
- tackle specific business challenges by facilitating a training needs analysis and subsequently designing and developing high-impact training solutions,
- evaluate your solutions to ensure that they are end-user focused while also resolving business challenges,
- act as a facilitator for training design workshops and for training in our training standards.
You can look forward to working closely with multiple stakeholders and target groups to support optimal training and increase human performance. You will support management in ensuring effective, efficient and compliant training within healthcare-regulated work processes.
Qualifications
We imagine that a successful candidate has:
- A master’s degree in adult learning, learning management, organizational development, psychology, or similar.
- Some years of relevant experience with project management and with developing and implementing competence development programs
- Comprehensive knowledge of training principles and confidence as a trainer and facilitator.
- Fluency in English and ability to communicate in Danish
- Proven ability to drive change management and engage stakeholders at all levels. Experience from a GxP-regulated environment, as well as experience working with LEAN and continuous improvement is an advantage.

You can communicate and engage on all levels in the organization, as your key stakeholders e.g., will be operators, team leaders and department managers. You can apply a fact-based approach and are able to demonstrate and visualize how training and competence development contributes to solving business problems and managing change. You insist that learning solutions should always be kept simple, manageable, and engaging for end-users.
