Are you the new Operator for our international client that specialises in water and fruit ice cream in Roermond? Every year, our client produces 330 million ice creams and we need you for that!
What do we offer?
- A gross hourly wage between €14,50 and €16,70;
- Working in 3 shifts with a shift bonus of 12,5%;
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometre;
- Opportunities to develop yourself by attending training courses;
- A permanent contract on good performance.
What will you do?
- Optimise production lines in a shift to ensure smooth running;
- Maintain order and cleanliness rules within the production process;
- Preparing and adjusting machines before and during production;
- Performing complete start-ups and changeovers in consultation with (assistant) shift management;
- Independently cleaning and rinsing all machines;
- Maintaining close contact with supervisors and colleagues in order to communicate and cooperate efficiently.
What do you bring?
- MBO level in engineering with a hands-on mentality;
- Preferably relevant work experience as Operator in the food industry;
- Flexible, accurate, assertive and independent;
- Able to function well in a hectic environment and always maintain an overview;
- Good collaboration skills and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Good command of Dutch and English, knowledge of German is a plus.
