JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist customers in booking, reserving, and purchasing airline tickets, ensuring accuracy and compOnline Food Delivery Account Job Description:
- Serve as a point of contact for customers using the online food delivery platform, addressing inquiries, providing information, and assisting with order-related matters
- Ensure a smooth and efficient ordering process for customers, assisting them with menu navigation, placing orders, and making modifications as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints through various channels such as phone, email, or chat
- Coordinate with partner restaurants and delivery drivers to ensure timely order preparation, dispatch, and delivery to customers
- Track and monitor order statuses, proactively addressing any delays or issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with order tracking, delivery updates, and resolution of any delivery-related concernsliance with airline policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the ticketing process
- Help customers with itinerary planning, flight availability, fare options, and ticket pricing information
- Process ticket reservations, changes, cancellations, and refunds according to airline guidelines and customer preferences
- Collect and verify passenger information, passport details, and other necessary documentation for ticket issuance and compliance with travel regulations
- Assist customers with special requests, such as seat selection, meal preferences, and travel accommodations
- Collaborate with airline reservation systems to check flight availability, secure bookings, and issue electronic or paper tickets
