About the position: We are looking for a high-standard, passionate and result-oriented product operator to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for outputting content related to the new features of Feishu products, discovering the best practices of more customers, and allowing more customers to see and use the new features of Feishu. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data analytics and marketing to drive product innovation and content strategy while delivering a user-centric experience. Job Responsibilities: 1. Formulate and implement the content promotion of new product features, and help the new product features to be better exported to customers and users in various channels 2. Responsible for the design and delivery of content requirements in the product, such as related function demos and introductions when users are onboarding 3. Conduct user research and quantitative analysis, dig out product best practices, and output better content and function promotion strategies 4. Work closely with engineering, design and other cross-functional teams to define user stories and help users use the product and use it well Content, messaging and promotions to drive product awareness and retention.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above in computer science, marketing or related fields, familiar with SaaS product work experience or Internet operation work experience 2. Practical experience in defining and implementing product content strategies 3. Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to formulate insights and form decisions 4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively communicate complex ideas and lead cross-functional teams Demonstrate influence and decision-making skills in the environment.
