We are currently looking for a Spare Parts Specialist to join our Automotive team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in the field who possesses a strong analytical mindset and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. At Spotawheel, we strive to provide a simple and stress-free used car buying process to our customers, and we're looking for a Spare Parts Specialist who shares our commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you'll be an integral part of our team, responsible for assisting our IPC Team with their spare part needs. You'll work closely with our IPC Team members, providing them with advice and recommendations, and ensuring that their orders are processed quickly and accurately. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that we have the right parts on hand to fulfil our customers' needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist the IPC Team in locating and purchasing the parts they need
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Keep accurate inventory records
- Ensure that we have the right parts on hand to meet the internal needs
- Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Handle any customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry with a focus on spare-parts & car spare-parts suppliers
- Relevant technical studies
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management systems
