1. Greet and assist visitors, employees, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to accounting matters.
3. Manage and maintain accounting records, ensuring accurate filing and organization.
4. Enter financial data accurately into accounting systems.
5. Assist in processing vendor invoices and coordinating invoice payments.
6. Provide support in generating financial reports and statements.
7. Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
2. Proven experience with at least 2-5 years of experience in administrative or front office roles.
3. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and terminology.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
5. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
