Content and commercial platform resources provide real estate practitioners with efficient management tools and precise clues, provide users with real and useful real estate content, and realize the continuous growth of byte real estate ecology and commercial scale. 1. Responsible for the product work in the strategic direction of the real estate business platform vertical APP-Xingfuli, responsible for the efficiency and satisfaction indicators of human housing matching, including user demand research, data analysis, strategy iteration and product style optimization, etc. 2. In-depth analysis of users Demand, disassemble the behavior path of key user scenarios, and promote the link optimization from housing supply to distribution based on the perspective of user demand 3. Responsible for designing and formulating a comprehensive strategy evaluation system, locating problems and promoting optimization through scientific evaluation methods 4. Pay attention to the development trend of the real estate industry, investigate the dynamics of competing products, and innovate and explore in combination with recommended scenarios.

Qualifications

1. More than 5 years of working experience in C-end products, experience in real estate/vertical/O2O/community products and other industries is preferred. Product team management experience in client, content, search, etc. is preferred 2. Data-oriented, logically clear, capable of structured thinking, and have a deep understanding of business models, user needs, and operating strategies 3. Good learning ability and innovation Spirit, able to quickly understand new business models and product forms, have ideas, persistence, and implementation 4.
