based in Geneva.
The role:
In the FGM our objectives are to actively develop and prepare the group future growth drivers while building strong brand notoriety and success.
In order to achieve these objectives, we have set key priorities in line with the 5 pillars of the Group Strategy (people centric, brands builder, consumer obsessed, digitally minded, responsible beauty committed).
What you’ll do:
The Regional Business Analyst is an all-rounded business partner, at the heart of the organization, enabling departments to rigorously focus on adding value to their respective domains of expertise, facilitating sound business decision making. The missions are as followed:
Regional Financial Reporting and analysis
- Centralize important data on a regional level
- Conduct market analysis and analyze the overall profitability of the regional business
- Develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met for the Region
- Report requirements as well as forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis combined with understanding of key performance indicators.

- Files to be set & updated: P&L / Net Invoicing / Net Sales / Capex / Itemized Sales
- YTD P&L analysis and monitoring
- Gross margin analysis
Local Net Sales & Sell Out
- Ensure the accuracy of Local net sales & Sell Out
- Set up and update a monthly reporting of the regional local net sales
- Be the technical support for the local entities for their integration
Accruals & P2P process:
- Monitor the P2P process
- Ensure accruals booking
Business partner :
- Support the regional team with relevant analysis
- Be a key user for HFM consolidation system // BIA system & provide new users with a training book / training if needed
- Support the Financial Controlling Director during the budget process in analyzing the actuals vs budget
- Prepare the presentations for the business reviews and the budget preparation
You are:
- Strong technology, analytical and communication skills
- Proactive & Solution-oriented

- Committed, flexible and organized
You have:
Education/Degree:
- Master’s degree in Corporate Finance (Business School or University Degree)
Background including total years of experience
- 4-5 years experience in Financial Analysis - Successful experience in a cosmetics or consumer products distribution group as a business analyst.
Technical skills:
- Advanced in Excel and Microsoft office (Power point)
- HFM is a important
- BIA & Workday experience is a plus
Languages:
- English is a must
