Mission
The mission of Sampoerna Academy is to provide a safe, caring, and collaborative learning environment that is of the highest quality and meets global expectations for student achievement and character development. Our educational foundation is student-centered with a strong emphasis on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) which enables students to become mature, confident global citizens with a strong sense of purpose. Our end goal is to prepare students for tertiary education and to make them work-ready and world-ready.

- Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information to support decisions process.
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements.
- Responsible for handling internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions.
- Ensuring that organization goals are understood by everyone on the Team as well as possible.
- Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
- Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Have 3-5 Years of Experience in Human Resources general practices.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Good Presentation and Facilitation skills.
- Aptitude to define problems, identify trends, collect data, and establish facts to draw valid conclusions.
- Clear understanding of Human Resources practices.
- Demonstrate ability to listen, analyze and inform appropriately while maintaining the required sensibilities in handling confidential information.
- Strong team player and standing alone.
