Cabin Buyer Furnished Equipment Manager (m/f/d)
An exciting opportunity to join the End-to-End BFE (Buyer Furnished Equipment) team to lead BFE Cabin developments for Head of Versions (HoV) with our Airline and/or Leasing customers, Cabin suppliers and many internal stakeholders (Programmes, Engineering, Final Assembly Lines (FAL), Manufacturing Engineering, Procurement, Marketing & Sales).

Your tasks and responsibilities
Guide the Airline and/or Leasing customers in their BFE product selection, by developing a trust-based relationship with them, and in order to protect the Airbus industrial process.
Secure on-time BFE ordering by the Airline and/or Leasing customers.
Identify and monitor risks on BFE, by leading a multi-functional team ensuring the key milestones are delivered on-time through to the on-dock date for the Cabin.
Ensure the on-time and on-quality deliveries of BFE and support the Airbus engineering and FAL teams, for HoV and rebuilds.
Escalate to relevant organizations (Airbus Internal, Supplier, Customer) when needed.
Contribute to supplier assessments and ratings.
Desired skills and qualifications
Master degree with experience in Programme Procurement Management, Risk & Opportunity Management Execution und Project Lifecycle Management
5-10 years experience within a Customer or Supplier facing environment (e.g. engineering, supply chain, industrial, marketing)
Project/Program Management certification is a plus (PM Certification)
Good knowledge of Supply Chain management & Industrial processes
Experience in Data Analytics and Process Automation (e.g. RPA, Skywise…) is a plus
Team player with multi-cultural awareness,autonomous, pro-active spirit, pragmatic mindset with strong problem solving skills
Ability to summarize complex industrial situations in a clear and concise manner
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Negotiation level of English mandatory; German and/or French would be a plus
