Job Summary:
Reporting to the Head of Sales of Taiwan, the Senior Specialist will be tasked to support the execution of ZimVie's strategies and tactics to drive sales. Supporting the sales team to deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution. The goal is to grow and nurture our customer base and overall company revenue.
Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with the sales team to plan and execute event, including exhibtions and seminars, to maximize lead generation and brand awareness.
Work with regional marketing team to implement strategic initiatives
Work closely with the sales team to provide account management and maintain good rapport with customers to ensure attainment of sales objectives by providing support in marketing activities.
Build and establish relationships with key decision makers to grow sales and share in the business
Liaise with other sales and marketing team members to identify business growth opportunities, develop and execute sales plans
Assist surgeons and nurses in the use of ZimVie's instruments and products during surgeries.
Actively participate in product training and workshops to enhance product knowledge and surgical techniques. Conduct product training and workshops from time to time
Study relevant clinical articles and information to enhance knowledge so to provide relevant advices to internal and external customers.

Job Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Life Sciences / Science or business / Marketing discipline.
Excellent customer service, desire to acquire knowledge and drive to succeed
Good general medical and/or surgical knowledge
Minimum 2 years sales and/or marketing experience in medical devices or in pharmaceutical sales to hospital
Inter-personal awareness and good communication skills
Positive attitude / tenacity
Ability to plan and organize workload to meet deadlines
Good presentation and negotiation skills
