Our client is an online financial publication company with over 20 years of history that caters to the needs of asset managers, pension funds and institutional investors. They provide comprehensive news coverage and in-depth analysis of the Asian asset management industry.
They are currently looking for a Data & Subscriptions Manager candidate to join their team. This position would be working remotely from home as the company's base of operations is located in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Paid promotions / invoicing / inquiries and subscription renewals
- Research on LinkedIn and websites for names of potential subscribers
- E-List promotions to increase the quantity and quality of the distribution list
- E-List subscription renewals
- Daily Data entry and updates of all distribution lists (website request, EDM list, Contact list, event lists, etc)
- Liaise with distributor/cost negotiation with logsitic vendor
- Handling PayPal accounts
- Handling E-List selections of all client's requests
- Liaise with Accounting department with all the payment records for audit purpose
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.
- Experienced in managing data and subscriptions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge and experience in handling PayPal and/or subscription management softwares/services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal English language skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM6,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
