In this role, you'll deliver a high level of technical support to brokers to help grow our existing client portfolio. You will be involved in ensuring our operations are compliant with company and group guidelines as well as assistance with transformation projects.
The Role
- Re-new or create new accounts in our CRM system and prepare renewal packages
- Prepare the broker agreement, letter of appointment, broker of record letter and draft renewal notice with relevant information
- Verify KYC requirements, check claims record, submit for approval and check sanction touchpoint and market security
- Produce quotation slips, quotation comparison and placement slips, endorsement
- Prepare Certificate of Compliance/Evidence of Cover, check and follow-up signed documents from insurers and clients, system bookings, invoice issuance, filing/record management and placement checklist
- Work in partnership with brokers, compliance and other corporate functions to enhance our processes, procedures and data quality
- Ensure 1st line controls practice and conduct monthly excellence review and provide feedback to brokers
- Contribute to the Vietnam transformation project, and deliver other change initiatives to enhance client and colleague experience to support strategic priorities and risk management
- Coordinate with the Accounting Department to reconcile premiums and/or commissions
- Other tasks assigned by local operations manager as required

The Requirements
- Recent Graduate in Economics or similar degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive attitude to ensure progress and improvement
- Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail with confidence using in-house systems
- Ability to follow procedures and guidelines
