We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated HR Administrator to join our team at Safetykleen. As our HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions.
Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
- Respond to employee enquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding programs, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policies.
- Support performance management activities, including performance appraisals and disciplinary processes.
- Become our Moorepay super user on our HR and Payroll system
- Assist with HR reporting and providing insights and recommendations to improve HR processes.
- Stay updated on HR best practices, industry trends, and employment laws to ensure compliance.

Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar HR support role.
- Ideally have knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) – Moorepay an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
