Restaurant Supervisor [United Arab Emirates]


 

· To be the custodian of the Brand, delivering exceptional standards of quality, service and product to our customers.

· Profit & Loss responsibility and accountability for the outlet

· To manage and develop the team by delivering training where needed, administering performance appraisals and handling employee relations, in line with the growth expectations of the business.

  • Develop sales and marketing initiatives with the Operations Manager to maximize revenues through effective brand development, new product development and promotion of product range and brand identity.
  • On a daily basis take responsibility for baking the specialty breads to the brand standard and ensuring there is the correct amount of stock to support the operation while effectively managing fresh stocks to minimize wastage
  • Responsible for issuing correct floats to Outlet Cashiers. Must cash out employees at end of shift and reconcile cash and other payments to the daily sales reports for each cashier. Must Reconcile sales, process all payments, Process daily banking and count safe. Overall responsibility for Outlet safe and cash handling procedures.
  • Daily banking to local nominated branch. Scan and send banking details to head Office Accounts for checking against online bank records
  • Review and communicate financial information to assist in proactive and timely decision making.
  • Daily ordering of required stocks via Navision of all required stocks from Warehouse and central production kitchen including fresh stocks and bread to be baked in the outlet

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,500.00 per month
