Temporary Operations Support - Mechelen [Belgium]


 

Position Summary

As Operations Support you will assist our different product support teams in their daily operations.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Equipment management: Management of inventory, shipment of demo units, and overseeing rental procedures of our equipment
  • Marketing support: Support of new product releases, management of marketing tools, maintenance of website and uploading new content when needed
  • Administrative support: Support of onboarding of new starters, planning training schedule and making necessary arrangements

What de we require?

  • A first experience in a relevant position is preferred
  • Good administrative and organizing skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Adaptable and service minded attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willing to work for temporary period

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • 2800 Mechelen: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
