Online Sales Specialist [China]


 
岗位职责 :
1. 在公司的英文 ERP 系统上根据不同客户及业务类型进行销售订单的录入和跟踪。

2. 整理客户采购订单需求,提供相应报表协助北美采购员进行库存分析管理。

3. 及时回应客户对于订单状态的查询请求。

4. 根据特定规则审核并在系统中批准对应的销售订单。

5. 上班时间:周二到周六( 14:00-18:00 & 20:00-24:00 )。

任职要求 :
1 、正规院校专科或以上学历,专业不限,欢迎应届毕业生。

2 、英语四级或以上水平,良好的英文读写能力,能用英语进行基本的邮件沟通。
3 、良好的 excel 运用能力及相关 office 办公软件。
4 、细心、认真,可适应长期夜班工作。
5 、具有 BPO 业务经验者优先。
6 、能够适应不同的工作节奏。
7 、较强的沟通能力和团队合作意识。
