We are an emerging IT company with a keen focus on empowering Nigerian youths and providing enabling platforms for young entrepreneurs to take their dreams to fruition.

We presently deliver solutions in the telecommunications sector. Our VTU platform offers (API, Mobile App, and Web) products, services, and features to several users, resellers, and vendors across the country.

Job Position:

Customer Acquisition And Retention Officer

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Serve as Digital Marketer for the company, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Manage a budget allocated for running paid advertisements and other digital marketing initiatives.
  • Identify target customer segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
  • Utilize various marketing channels, such as digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to reach and engage potential customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis to refine digital marketing strategies.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for improving customer acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor and measure customer acquisition and retention metrics, providing regular reports and analysis to management.
  • Implement customer loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay informed about changes in customer preferences and behavior, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective implementation of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and optimize the company's digital marketing channels, including websites, social media platforms, and other online assets.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as necessary to support digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer acquisition and retention role.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various marketing channels and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and cross-functional environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data management.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Verifiable PPC Certifications (e.g., AdWords, Facebook ads, etc.) is a plus.
  • Can create e-flyers, video clips, animations, and other user-engaging media contents.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Solid knowledge of website, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Salary: ₦60,000.00 - ₦75,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

  • Digital Marketing/Social Media Marketing Certification (Required)
