We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Reporting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data entry, reporting, EBO reporting, and proficiency in Excel and multiple reporting software. Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is highly preferred. The Data Reporting Specialist will be responsible for maintaining our database, creating complex reports for KPIs, tracking data, and ensuring data accuracy.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
Check source documents for accuracy and verify data and correct data where necessary.
Obtain further information for incomplete documents.
Update data and delete unnecessary files.
Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files, and forms.
Generate complex reports from database information for KPIs and other tracking data.
Review and verify data entries and correct any errors.
Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks.
Respond to requests for information and access relevant files.
Comply with data integrity and security policies.
Use EBO reporting, Excel, and other reporting software to create and manage reports.
Work closely with the team to streamline data entry processes and improve data management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in Office Management is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry and creating complex reports for KPIs.
Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
Basic understanding of databases.
Good command of English both oral and written.
Great attention to detail.
Proficiency in using Excel and other reporting software.
Experience with EBO reporting.
Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) software is highly preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
