Job Description
ROLE PURPOSE:
Support the agenda for Corporate Sales team through clear and sharp analytics providing an outcome that can help to design a set of projects to address Corporate Sales team needs and help in shaping the final Corporate Sales strategy.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1 - Service Performance Analysis:
- Review and monitor the existing groups performance with breakdown into regional/RM level.
- Identify loss ratio and service level and breakdown into regional, RM & Group level for clear breakdown of inflation loss tree for groups within scope.
- Monitor overall LR management program for top groups.
2 - Cost Control:
- Convert analysis outcome into appropriate recommendations for cost control.
- Liaise with regional heads & Unit Managers to agree on the recommendations.
- Coordinate with PR & Pricing team to convert the recommendations into action plans & projects.
- Monitor the project deliverables and actions to measure the impact through performance analysis.
3 - Funnel Management:
- Analyze the existing funnel and provide value/volume breakdown.
- Review the market funnel situation to ensure that a comprehensive funnel has been created.
- Create tools to review the performance of new business team and the approach of clients in the funnel.
- Manage the updates of the funnel and create quarterly reports about the funnel situation and updates cycle on cycle.
4 - Market Intelligence:
- Build new analytical tools for groups (existing & potential) current performance in the market including their revenues, profit margins, news, etc.
- Generate a quarterly report with the analysis of competitors and performance of their sales, pricing and groups lost.
- Perform clear loss tree for lost groups with clear reasoning of lost groups.
- Liaise with marketing department on the lives trend and convert them into input for corporate sales team.
5 - Change Management & Reporting:
- Managing programs by proactively monitoring overall progress and ensuring that individual projects and overall sales projects are delivered with quality within time and budget.
- Assess the influences, interests and attitudes of the key stakeholders and align the communication and engagement plan accordingly.
- Support the design of sales operations strategy.
Skills
- Arabic Speaking is a mandatory
- Knowledge about Health Insurance operations is a must
