About the role:

We’re looking for a talented Office Administrator to join our passionate and supportive Property team. You will be the administrative point of contact and coordinator for the Property Manager and support the delivery of day-to–day administrative services for the Auckland office.

The role involves (but not limited to):

  • Meet and greeting visitors.
  • Providing targeted and high-quality administrative support to the Auckland based Executive Assistants including but not limited to travel bookings, Dynamics support and associated activities, new employee/onboarding support, courier/mail distribution, stationery and kitchen stocks maintained.
  • Supporting the wider office cohesion by organising catering as required by teams, for office celebrations and supporting any wider company events.

  • Experience in an administrator/ receptionist role in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up new systems

  • High levels of energy, sound judgement and determination to achieve with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to creatively solve problems
  • Impeccable accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively multitask
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, changing priorities, and on your own initiative
  • Take responsibility for decisions and outcomes
  • Excellent written and oral communication.


To be successful in this role you will need to have:

  • Great attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Proven ability team player who is motivated, enthusiastic and is able to use initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport.
  • Excellent computer skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and SharePoint
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven experience in administration, reporting and prioritising both time and varied work tasks.
