Our nursing home is a fully regulated, 100-bed person-centered care home located in Sussex, New Brunswick. You will be joining over 100 other caring and amazing staff members who interact daily with our residents and their families. Our residents continue to rely on us to provide them with the highest quality of care in a safe and home-life environment every single day.
Our Resident Attendants assume responsibility for the personal care and well-being of our nursing home residents. We are seeking energetic and motivated employees who are interested in working in a team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school graduation or equivalent.
- Successful completion of an additional course in Personal Support Worker or Health Care Aid Courses, or equivalency.
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take direction and work as a strong team member.
- Physically capable of performing assigned duties.
- The successful candidate will be required to successfully complete a medical, criminal background check and Department of Social Development background check as a condition of hire.
Job Type: Casual
Salary: $21.74-$23.41 per hour

- PSW: 1 year (preferred)
