We are looking for a Casual Retail Assistant to join our small team in Warners Bay. We offer a range of work wear, corporate wear, safety footwear and safety equipment to B2B and retail customers.
The position will be for approximately 6-12 hours per week ideally on Tuesday and Thursdays, although flexibility is possible for the right candidate.
Qualities we are looking for:
- Provide excellent customer service in our showroom and handle telephone queries
- Comfortable with computer usage, experience with a Point of Sale (POS) system is a plus
- Monitor incoming emails
- Receive incoming stock deliveries
- Compile and pack orders, coordinate dispatch
- Demonstrate strong communication, time management and organisational skills
- Be proactive, show initiative and pay attention to detail
- Perform general duties including cleaning, stocking and basic administration tasks
- Assist in maintaining a well organised showroom and warehouse
- Present yourself well and be honest and reliable
- Training will be provided, having a willingness to learn is required
