Your mission

As a People & Culture Manager (m/f/d) specializing in recruiting at our headquarters in Munich, you will guide our future 'Daymakers' through the entire recruiting lifecycle. With your warm and authentic personality, you will engage candidates in our vision, act as a values multiplier, and continue to be a trusted point of contact even after onboarding. Through your professional employee support and the execution of exciting HR projects, you will significantly shape the company culture.

  • Talent Acquisition: You are the primary contact for the hiring managers in your assigned areas regarding recruiting. You actively accompany, steer, and optimize the entire application process, and you support final decisions as a confident People & Culture Manager.
  • Recruiting Partner: You can perfectly understand the different target groups, collaborate closely with hiring managers to create compelling job postings, and identify suitable recruiting channels and approaches for active sourcing.
  • Candidate Experience: You enjoy ensuring that everyone knows what's happening when. You independently handle the operational aspects from scheduling to contract negotiation and creation, all the way to onboarding.
  • Project Management: Your input, creative ideas, and project designs can significantly influence the company culture and processes since we are at the beginning of an exciting journey.
  • Heart & Soul: You genuinely care about your fellow humans, and you enjoy tending to their needs. You gracefully and appreciatively guide each individual from candidate to Daymaker.
Your profile

  • You have successfully completed your studies and have gained several years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition or as an HR generalist, ideally in a dynamic corporate environment.
  • You impress us with your track record of (key) hirings in various departments, conduct research on new market requirements, and quickly establish yourself as a competent contact person, even for newly created positions.
  • You are a strong communicator, charismatic, and open, making it easy for you to create a pleasant conversational atmosphere and inspire people to be brand ambassadors for Yoummday, even in German and English.
  • You love recruiting based on potential and personal fit, possess excellent people skills, are familiar with various recruiting methods, and make sound decisions based on your analyses.
  • You describe yourself as structured, well-organized, and proactive, eager to contribute and develop with us while leaving a footprint.
  • You are genuinely enthusiastic about authentic talent acquisition and shaping an excellent employer brand on the path to becoming an international unicorn, and, of course, you have a healthy sense of humor.
