Desika Management is a growing Hospitality Management, Marketing and Consultancy company. We are currently owning and operating one boutique hotel in Pecatu, Bali; operating 7 villas in Pecatu, BBingin.
We are currently hiring to build the team to support the growth of the company and a new villa in UNGASAN.
The villa butler, in charge of the UNGASAN property.
We look for the below skills and experience:
-Outgoing Personality, Great communication Skills & Willing to learn
-Attention to details to ensure the properties are well maintained and any needed maintenance is carried along quickly
-Prior experience in hospitality
-Great people communication skills
-Be the point of contact for guests to help them with any inquiries they might have (scooter rental, organising dinner etc)
-Do the check-in, check-out for guests.
-Daily housekeeping of the villa (supported by an extra housekeeper on most days).
-Support guests with their needs (hiring scooter, cars, grocery shopping etc). WE WILL GIVE YOU ALL CONTACTS needed to do your job properly.
-Monthly reports (expenses etc) with the support of our team
-Job location: Ungasan
Benefits include: BPJS, service charge, tips offered by guests.

Salary: From Rp4,000,000 per month
